The machine consists of six main components: conveying mechanism, bottle-pushing mechanism, bottle-transferring mechanism, bagging cart, electrical cabinet, and control panel cabinet.
Empty bottles are conveyed onto the infeed belt and transported to the bagging section. The system completes bottle alignment through inspection, counting, and stagger arrangement mechanisms. Once the preset number of rows is reached, bottles are pushed into bags and removed for further packaging.
The product features full quality traceability with a 1-year warranty period from equipment acceptance date. Free maintenance is provided during warranty, with service charges applicable thereafter.
